Easy add-on order option fits my Nigara Sujihiki.

I like that there is an easy add-on option to get a blade guard with a knife order where the blade fits the knife perfectly. No mix-matched theoretical guessing from knife types and sizes and hoping that things turn out. Mine fits my 270mm Nigara Hamono Sakimaru Sujihiki snugly. The inner material is nice on the finish and protects it from scratches. Thank you Chef’s Edge for doing the sizing homework for your “sight unseen” online orders!
