These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chef’s Edge website, www.chefs-edge.com.au, operated by Chef’s Edge Pty Ltd. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  • Previous history of returns, disputes, or disruptive conduct

We may cancel any order at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If we do, we will provide a full refund for any amounts paid unless the order was cancelled due to a violation of these Terms.

4. Product Availability & Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Chef’s Edge may:

  • Limit quantities per order or customer

  • Cancel or refuse any order

  • Update product information, pricing, or availability without notice

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance—we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to shipment.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.

6. Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Chef’s Edge is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions or force majeure events

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns & refunds is subject to our Refund Policy, which outlines how we process and complete returns and/or refunds

8. Backorders

Some items may be purchased on backorder. These will be fulfilled as inventory becomes available. Backordered items may take up to 6 months to ship.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (including product photography, text, video, and branding) is owned by Chef’s Edge or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other users

  • Misuse the site or attempt to disrupt our services

  • Make false claims or misrepresent product use
