Blade Type

The Gyuto is the do-it-all, general purpose chef's knife. If you are looking for an all-rounder that can handle daily veg and protein prep and portioning, this is the one! A 210mm edge length is the most common, but try a 240mm if you prefer larger knives.

Steel Type
Steel Type Read

Japanese White Steel #2, a traditional high-carbon steel, is cherished for its purity and fine grain structure, enabling razor-sharp edges, at the cost of being reactive. It is one of the easiest steels to sharpen, but cannot be left wet for even short periods otherwise rust spots can occur. If you’re fastidious in your knife maintenance, this knife steel can be extremely rewarding to use.

I am in love with this knife 😍

Being FIFO, there generally isn't much joy working as a chef. But having this beautiful knife makes me giddy, and excited to cut a capsicum. Currently fighting the urge to buy her a friend....a battle I am losing. 😳 Maybe a little nakiri sister 🤔. The guy that assisted me was lovely and insightful. For someone who just wanted a pretty knife, I'm regretting not doing this sooner, the knife just falls through things with little effort. ❤️

Amazing knife, brilliant service

The fact I found this knife and had it shipped to England cheaper than you can get it for over here is insane. Absolutely beautiful knife, delivered quickly and perfectly. Over the moon

Great weight and depth, good sharpness out of the box, beautiful handle. Instant favourite

great knife

Use it for work everyday, feels good. Havnt had to sharpen in a while. Holds an edge very well, has some weight to it but not crazy heavy, also looks really cool so i guess a 10/10
