Masutani Knives

Masutani San crafts his knives in the famous Takefu Knife Village, a blacksmithing cooperative in Echizen where dozens of makers all work together. His work is a seamless blend of Japanese craftsmanship with Western appeal. He mainly uses VG10, and his heat treatment and sharpening elevate these pieces to what we feel is far above their price point.
