It has high chromium content, meaning it is generally considered safe to leave wet on the board for short periods of time. is still best practice to not leave this knife to air dry as it's stain-less not stain-none! Wipe down after washing the knife and store away from any sources of moisture.

Nice weight, nibble, great overall!

Extremely sharp out the box, very light weight and easy to index, only critique are minor comfortability issues like the heel/blade height being on the smaller end so your hand knocks into the chopping board, and the pommel having quite a straight edge so it might be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a heavy gripper.
