The Gyuto is the do-it-all, general purpose chef's knife. If you are looking for an all-rounder that can handle daily veg and protein prep and portioning, this is the one! A 210mm edge length is the most common, but try a 240mm if you prefer larger knives.

Refined knife

It is decently sharp out of the box 7/10. The craftsmanship is flawless. After a few passes on my stone it became extremely sharp. Easy to get a sharp edge due to the way is made. Because is a thinner blade, produce tend to stick but for me is not an issue. Moderately Reactive to rust so you need to wipe it often.
Is just an attractive knife that shows the skill of Nakagawa/nakamura collaboration.
